Services

Hands-on care.
Backed by science.

A deep toolbox — used with restraint. Every technique below lives inside a personalized plan, never as a stand-alone gimmick.

Service · Orthopedic

Orthopedic Physical Therapy

The backbone of our clinic. We treat every joint, tendon, ligament, and disc — from weekend-warrior sprains to post-surgical reconstructions. Evaluations are thorough, plans are specific, and progress is measured every visit.

Whether you're coming off an ACL repair, rehabbing a rotator cuff, or chasing down stubborn low-back pain, we build a plan you can actually feel working.

Service · Vestibular

Vestibular & Concussion Therapy

We use infrared video-frenzel goggles — the same equipment used in specialty clinics — to pinpoint exactly which vestibular canal or reflex is misfiring. From there, we treat BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, persistent concussion symptoms, and post-traumatic vertigo with evidence-based rehab.

If the room has been spinning or the fog just won't lift, this is where you start.

“To be the most trusted physical therapy clinic in the Des Moines Metro for those struggling with dizziness, vertigo, headaches, and imbalance — helping them regain confidence and control.”
— Our Vision

Service · Dry Needling

Functional Dry Needling

Dr. Chris Wooley is Level-II certified and has performed over 1,000 sessions of functional dry needling. Used as part of a comprehensive plan, dry needling is one of the most effective tools we have for taming trigger points, neuromuscular tightness, and persistent orthopedic pain.

We never use it as a stand-alone shortcut — it works because it's paired with the manual therapy, movement, and education that follow.

Service · Manual

Manual Therapy, Cupping & Active Release

Hands-on work is where the clinic earns its name. Joint mobilization, grade-V manipulation, Graston/IASTM, Active Release Technique, cupping, and soft-tissue mobilization — all delivered by Doctors of Physical Therapy with advanced manual-therapy certifications.

This is the hard-to-replace, sit-with-you-for-an-hour work that most clinics don't have time for. We do.

Service · Movement

Therapeutic Exercise & Return-to-Sport

A rehab plan that ends before you're back to running, lifting, or playing with your kids didn't actually finish. Our in-clinic gym supports return-to-sport programming, movement retraining, and progressive strength work tailored to your goals.

Recovery isn't done when the pain stops. It's done when the thing you love starts again.

Service · Pelvic Floor

Pelvic Floor & Postpartum Therapy

Dr. Sadie Teno leads our pelvic-floor practice — a specialty too many clinics treat as an afterthought. Pelvic-floor rehab isn't about "doing Kegels"; it's about assessing the whole pelvic system and retraining it to support the way you actually live and move.

We see patients for postpartum recovery, diastasis recti, pelvic pain, urinary urgency and leakage, painful intercourse, prolapse, and the range of "something hasn't been right since the baby" concerns that deserve a calm, skilled clinician — not a shrug.
